  • What products do we offer?

    We offer our own signature brand of grills named Darwin Fires. All the models are named after a province or region from Patagonia, Argentina. All their designs are inspired in the Argentine way of grilling, of making Asado. Additionally, we may be offering a line of accessories or links to other provider who we believe sell products that can compliment this way of cooking. We're always scouting the market for innovative solutions. If you spot something intriguing, don't hesitate to recommend it to us at manuel@darwinfires.ae.

  • How to determine which grill fits your needs best?

    Each grill we offer promises a unique and enjoyable experience. We recommend reviewing the descriptions in detail and checking our media available in our site or Instagram to understand the capabilities of each grill. Moreover, we at Darwin Fires arealways ready to assist you. Reach out to us at manuel@darwinfires.ae or DM on IG.

  • Where can you buy our products?

    Currently, our products are available exclusively on our website https://darwinfires.ae and on Instagram @darwinfires.ae. We're striving to provide more accessible locations for our customers. If you have any location suggestions, please share them with us at manuel@darwinfires.ae.

  • What shipping options do we provide?

    We provide Door to Door Delivery, aiming to deliver on the first day of the weekend following the order for Abu Dhabi and Dubai-based orders. Deliveries to other emirates are possible but require some prior coordination.

  • Which payment methods we accept?

    We accept bank transfers and also provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option. We're also considering introducing credit card payments shortly. Stay tuned.

  • How can I track my order?

    For any order-related inquiries, you can contact us via email or to the phone number we provide to you once you place an order with use. We can provide real-time delivery updates via Whatsapp.

  • Do you provide international shipping?

    Not for now, but reach out to us on manuel@darwinfires.ae and we may be able to figure something out.

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    We are always eager to help. If you need to make changes, contact us promptly at manuel@darwinfires.ae. However, once your order is delivered, modifications aren't possible. Orders can be canceled before delivery, with refunds processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7-10 working days.

  • What if my order doesn't meet my expectations?

    Your feedback is invaluable to us. If there's an issue, please contact us at manuel@darwinfires.ae, and we'll ensure it's addressed.

  • Can I include a gift message with my order?

    Of course! Email us your order number and message at manuel@darwinfires.ae, and we'll include a note during dispatch.

  • Do we offer any warranties?

    We take pride in offering robust warranties. However, it's essential to note that our warranties cover manufacturing defects, not regular wear and tear. The warranty is for the original buyer of a new Darwin Fires product f isn't transferable. Your warranty is auto-registered via your sales receipt and is valid for 3 months unless stated otherwise. This warranty doesn't cover damages from improper assembly, misuse, negligence, extreme conditions, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or other specified conditions.
