A true Argentine Asado in the United Arab Emirates. Skirt tapas (entraña in Argentina), and local UAE goat (chivito in Argentina). Fire starts early in the morning with some mate while the food cooks and people arrive.

(PAST EVENT) Sirmano's Birthday - Oman, Al Mahda
We were delighted and honoured to cater for our beloved friend and 20+ friends, on her birthday at this fabulous farm house at the Oman Exclave in Al Mahda (Fujairah).
We started the fire at 4 pm, and at 8pm we were serving some beef ribs, skirts, roasted veggies, grilled panacopitas… all to be followed by a few exquisite local goats from the UAE.
